Almost all respondents (97.4%) use their computer for word processing. The runner-up in tasks is email (93%), followed by spreadsheet calculating (77%), retrieving information from data banks (69%), presentations and accessing networks (each 61%), managing appointments and to-do-lists (40%), other tasks (24%).
